“Modern Villaz Technology” refers to Modern Villaz’s proprietary technology underlying the Platform and/or Services, including internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), source codes, user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects, documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets, and any related intellectual property rights worldwide (whether owned by Modern Villaz or its licensors). This also includes any derivatives, improvements, enhancements, or extensions of the technology developed by Modern Villaz from time to time that are not uniquely applicable to Users or have general applicability in the industry.
“Affiliated Designers and Contractors” refers to freelance designers, design studios, contracting firms, or design-and-build studios associated with Modern Villaz as independent third-party service providers.
“Parties” refers collectively to Modern Villaz and a User, while “Party” refers to either of them individually.
“Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers” means independent vendors and/or service providers offering, providing, or supplying products or services via the Platform, including but not limited to affiliated designers and contractors.
“User(s)” refers to individuals, businesses, or entities that visit, use, browse, transact, or otherwise interact with the Platform, including Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers, and who are the end-customers of products or services provided through the Platform.
“User’s Content” means any data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, including but not limited to company logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, displayed, published, or made available on or through the Platform by any User.
References to Clauses pertain to the respective sections of these Terms.
Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Unless the context requires otherwise, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender shall include all genders.
The term “person” includes any individual, corporation, partnership, association, limited liability company, trust, governmental or quasi-governmental authority, entity, or organization.
Eligibility To Use :
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information about yourself and agree to abide by these Terms. You must also be legally competent to enter into contracts.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to access and use the Services and/or register an account with Modern Villaz. By accessing or using the Platform and/or Services, Users represent and warrant that they are 18 years or older and possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. If you are acting on behalf of another person, whether an individual or an entity, you confirm that you have the requisite authority to bind such a person or entity to these Terms.
For the purposes of transparency and fraud prevention, and to the extent permitted by law, Modern Villaz reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:
- (i) Request Users to provide a government-issued identification, additional information, or undergo further verification procedures to confirm their identity or background.
- (ii) Conduct screenings against third-party databases or other sources to verify User information.
Account Registration :
- To avail of services on the Modern Villaz Platform and/or purchase products from Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers, you must register on the Platform and create an account (“Account”) by providing necessary details such as name, address, contact information, and any other required information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is complete, accurate, and up to date. Any changes must be promptly updated via your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and all activities occurring under your Account. Modern Villaz shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your Account, and you may be held liable for any losses incurred by Modern Villaz or its Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers due to such negligence. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or decline any Account registration request.
- By registering, you authorize Modern Villaz to collect, store, process, retain, and use your personal data, including your contact details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also permit Modern Villaz to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email solely in relation to the Services. All personal data, including your contact information, will be handled confidentially as per our Privacy Policy.
- Users may designate other individuals who have the authority to access, use, or manage their Accounts on their behalf (“Authorized Users”). While Users may permit such individuals to perform activities such as transactions and profile updates, the primary registered User remains fully liable for all actions and omissions of their Authorized Users, regardless of whether these actions were in accordance with their instructions. Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords and all other Account-related information. Users must:
- (i) Immediately notify Modern Villaz of any unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of their Account.
- (ii) Ensure that they log out from their Accounts after each session.
- Modern Villaz shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from Users’ failure to comply with these security measures.
Users acknowledge that Modern Villaz may implement general practices and limits regarding the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- The maximum storage allocation on our servers.
- The right to delete inactive Accounts after an extended period of inactivity.
Modern Villaz reserves the right to modify these policies at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Users accept that Modern Villaz holds no liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or content maintained on the Platform.
The maximum retention period for data and content.
Users may not transfer or assign their Account to another person without obtaining prior written consent from Modern Villaz.
By registering for an Account, Users expressly agree to receive SMS and email communications from Modern Villaz and its Third-Party Vendors regarding the products and services available on the Platform. Users can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in communications or by emailing their request to info@modernvillaz.com.
Payment and Fees :
- Payments must be made in advance.
- If any modifications to the plan are required after delivery, additional charges may apply unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
International Use :
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside. You must comply with all local laws within the territories that you access the Sites.
1. Refund Policy
- Mondervillaz.com takes every project (based on the services) very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not happy with the outcome, have gone through the Change Option, we do not entertain refund requests reason being that we are a service provider, but for the convenience of the client we have given them change options as per the services hired by the customers.
- Transactions between you and Modern villaz shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law.
- Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and Modern Villaz or any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these agreement or transaction shall be filed only in the Competent Courts of Indore alone and the customer hereby agrees, consents and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
2.Buyer Protection Policy :
- We truly understand that any buyer trusts us solely and buys the product from our site.
- Hence, we take responsibility for any-satisfaction arising there-off.
- Once the payment is deposited and the project started, we, unfortunately, cannot cancel the order.
3.Security :
- Price and availability of products and services offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice. We provide information about the availability of products or services to a certain extent but you should not rely on such information. Modern Villaz will not be liable for any lack of availability of products and services you may order through the site.
- Modern Villaz sales analysts and representatives are not engineers and do not create or modify plans and designs on their own. They are only authorized to sell plans and services to Modern Villaz clients. Based on your requirements, qualified engineers and designers will produce and present the right plans or designs to you. Under certain conditions or for premium customers and solely at the discretion of Modern Villaz, Modern Villaz may allow direct interaction of clients with the engineering team.
- Building a residential or commercial structure is a complex process. Sincere efforts have been made to present architecturally sound plans and designs. The information contained herein is based on analysis and creativity of the Modern Villaz staff. We, however, do not vouch for the accuracy or the completeness thereof. This material is for personal information and we are not responsible for any loss incurred due to it & take no responsibility whatsoever for any material, financial, mental, emotional, a notional loss which may arise from the plans and designs above.
Modern Villaz strives to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of personal information submitted to our sites, and periodically updates its security measures in light of current technologies. You need to be aware of inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the Internet. Modern Villaz cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any personal information you submit to our sites. If you have concerns in this regard, Modern Villaz has other ways of obtaining and providing information. Normal mail, telephone, and fax facilities are available.

4. Delivery Policy :
Please note that “modernvillaz.com” delivery commitment is subject to:
- Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.
- Timely communication from the client: If required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Modernvillaz.com
- Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, modernvillaz.com is not bound to maintain its delivery.
- Modernvillaz.com will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances unless there is a special agreement signed or Committed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
5. Transaction Security Guarantee :
- Modern Villaz respects your financial privacy and we guarantee the security of all online transactions made with us. Transactions are secured are under strict global information security standards defined for organizations handling credit holder information.
6.Transaction Failures :
- In the event of a failed transaction, you should not worry as no amount is deducted from your credit or debit card. Failed transactions may be due to multiple reasons such as unstable internet connection and/or incorrect billing information provided.
- To avoid any disruption, please make sure that you have a strong internet connection once you have finalized your order and check that you have accurately provided the correct billing information. Should you encounter further difficulties in securing your payment, please feel free to contact us and we will immediately attend to your billing concerns.
Our Service:
We provide a one-stop online platform for home interior design services, architectural planning (including architectural packages), and structural design. Our services include providing detailed plans and expert consultations online, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. We offer solutions on a turn-key basis, assisting customers in finalizing designs and guiding them through the purchase of products and services from Third Party Service Providers.
The Customer shall pay the Company immediately upon any payments becoming due in accordance with the Payment Terms. The Company shall provide and shall ensure that all Third Party Vendors or Service Providers (if any) also provide a warranty/defect liability period on civil work and woodwork-related items. To the extent where the products or services are provided by Third Party Vendors and Service Providers, Modern Villaz is not responsible for setting or controlling the prices displayed on the Platform or offered by such Third Party Vendors and Service Providers.
Third Party Vendors and Service Providers are responsible for their products or services offered or supplied to Users, and Modern Villaz shall not be responsible for and does not provide any warranty or guarantee whatsoever with respect to (i) the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any product or service of Third Party Vendors and Service Providers, (ii) the truth or accuracy of any product or service descriptions of Third Party Vendors and Service Providers, or (iii) the performance or conduct of Third Party Vendors and Service Providers. Modern Villaz shall only be responsible for ensuring that Users and Third Party Vendors and Service Providers deal with each other in accordance with and within the parameters of the Terms.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that Modern Villaz shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Users and Third Party Vendors and Service Providers. All products and services on the Platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the Third Party Vendors and Service Providers, which Users are obligated to have read and accepted at the time of placing the order or before engaging the relevant Third Party Vendors and Service Providers.
Modern Villaz reserves the right to amend/revise the product/service offerings, including architectural plans, structural design services, interior design solutions, and professional consultation options from time to time at its sole discretion.
The Terms of Use shall be subject to our payment, cancellation, refund & return, and warranty policies. Please read them carefully before availing any services on the Platform.
General Obligations and Restrictions:
- You shall solely be responsible for maintaining the necessary computer equipment, internet connections, and telecommunication charges that may be required to access, use, and transact on the Platform.
- Subject to full compliance with the Terms, Modern Villaz grants you a non-exclusive, limited privilege to access and use the Platform or Services (including purchasing products and availing services). You agree to use the Platform for legitimate purposes, in accordance with the Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines regarding the use of the Platform and/or Services, including your online conduct.
- In using the Platform and/or Services, you agree not to engage in activities that may adversely affect the use of the Platform by Modern Villaz and/or other Users. Further, you agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, send, share, or update any information that:(i) does not belong to you or that you do not have the right to host, display, upload, modify, publish, send, share, or update,(ii) is offensive, obscene, disparaging, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, harmful to minors, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise in violation of any law, the legal rights of others, or is otherwise unlawful or objectionable in any manner,(iii) deceives or misleads the addressee regarding the origin of such a message,(iv) impersonates anyone,(v) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource, or(vi) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting to any other nation.
- You shall not reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Platform.
- To the extent where the Platform allows you to post, upload, transmit, or make available any User Content, you shall be responsible for such User Content and agree that:(i) you will ensure that such User Content is not offensive and is in accordance with applicable laws,(ii) although all intellectual property rights subsisting in any User Content will be owned by you or your licencors, you hereby grant Modern Villaz and its subsidiaries and affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce (both electronically and otherwise), display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and create derivative works from any and all such User Content (excluding personally identifiable information) including for the purposes of advertising and marketing the Platform or Services, and(iii) we are under no obligation to store, retain, publish, or make available any User Content uploaded by you and that you shall be responsible for creating backups of any such User Content if necessary.
- We cannot guarantee the identity of any other Users with whom you may interact in the course of using the Platform. We also cannot guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of any User’s Consent which other Users or Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers may provide. All User Content accessed by you using the Platform is at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss to any party resulting therefrom.
- You provide absolute and unqualified consent to Modern Villaz and/or its representatives to photograph the site property before, during, and/or upon completion of the Project. You agree and acknowledge that Modern Villaz shall be entitled to use photographs for its business or publicity purposes, including but not limited to sharing the photographs online, on social media, or for marketing and advertising, but shall not disclose the Customer’s name without prior consent.
General Obligations and Restrictions:
- The agreement between Modern Villaz and each User under these Terms shall take effect upon the earlier of:(i) the User’s commencement of the use of the Platform and/or Services,(ii) registration of an Account, or(iii) execution of a written agreement with Modern Villaz regarding the use of the Services.
- This agreement shall remain in full force and effect for as long as the User continues to access or use the Platform and/or Services. These Terms will remain applicable unless terminated by either party. If you object to any part of these Terms or are dissatisfied with the Platform or Services, your sole recourse is to discontinue use by closing your Account and ceasing access to the Platform and Services.
- Modern Villaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, and without incurring any liability, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you have violated, abused, or unethically manipulated any provision of these Terms, or engaged in any behavior deemed unethical. Notwithstanding such termination or suspension, these Terms shall survive indefinitely unless explicitly terminated by Modern Villaz. In such instances, Modern Villaz reserves the right to remove and discard any data or content associated with your Account but may retain transaction details for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance purposes. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination or account closure, Modern Villaz may retain transaction records for regulatory compliance.
- You acknowledge that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to Modern Villaz, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, you consent to Modern Villaz seeking injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other legal remedies available. If Modern Villaz initiates legal proceedings against you, it shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorneys’ fees and related costs, in addition to any other relief awarded by the court.
- Upon termination of the agreement pursuant to these Terms, the User’s rights to access and use the Platform and/or Services shall immediately cease. Except for obligations that are expressly stated to survive termination, each Party’s further rights and obligations shall terminate immediately. However, termination shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations as of the effective date of termination.
- Notwithstanding the suspension or termination of your Account, you shall remain liable for all transactions you have committed to prior to the suspension or termination, subject to the applicable terms and conditions governing such transactions, including those agreed upon between you and Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers.
- At all times, Modern Villaz reserves the right to discontinue Services if you are found to be in violation of its Anti-Bribery, Anti-Discrimination, or Sexual Harassment Policies.

Relationship Between Parties :
- Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or any other form of legal association between Modern Villaz and you. The relationship between the parties shall strictly be on a principal-to-principal basis.
- Neither party shall be considered a legal representative, partner, or agent of the other, nor shall either party have any right, power, or authority—whether express or implied—to create any obligation or liability on behalf of the other.
